Removals to the Costa Blanca from the UK

UK to Spain removals, door to door

The Costa Blanca is the corridor’s second-busiest destination after the Costa del Sol, and the one with the largest concentration of British residents. Vans run to Alicante province year-round: part loads from around £1,000 for 5m³, full households on dedicated vehicles in 2–4 days door to door.

Where we deliver on the Costa Blanca

The whole province, north and south of Alicante:

  • North — Dénia, Jávea (Xàbia), Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, La Nucía, Polop
  • Alicante city and the immediate coast — San Juan, El Campello, Mutxamel
  • South — Santa Pola, Guardamar, Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, Pilar de la Horadada
  • Inland — Elche, Crevillente, Aspe and the valleys behind Jávea

Murcia and Almería are covered on the same runs; say where you’re going on the quote form.

Access notes that matter here more than most places: the Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja urbanisations are largely low-rise with communal parking, which is straightforward — but the north-coast hillside villas around Jávea, Moraira and Altea often sit on steep private drives where a full-size lorry can’t turn. Those transfer to a smaller vehicle for the last leg, priced at survey.

What it costs

Standard corridor rates: around £1,000–£1,400 for a 5–10m³ part load and £3,500–£6,500 for a three-bed household, door to door. Full 2026 price guide →

The Costa Blanca sees more part loads than full households than anywhere else we serve — a lot of moves here are people furnishing an apartment they’ve bought rather than emptying a UK house. If that’s you, don’t pay for a dedicated van.

The route and how long it takes

Vans cross at Portsmouth–Santander or Dover–Calais, then run down the AP-7 along the east coast — the most direct approach of any Spanish coast from the UK. Dedicated vehicles typically arrive in 2–4 days; shared part loads in 3 days to 2 weeks.

Part loads and second homes

This coast is the reason our part load service → exists in the shape it does. A one-bed apartment’s worth of furniture — bed, sofa, table, white goods and twenty boxes — is a textbook 10m³ load at roughly £1,250–£1,400.

Worth knowing if it’s a holiday home rather than your main residence: goods going to a second property don’t qualify for the duty relief that applies when you transfer your main home. It rarely amounts to much on used furniture, but it’s better known in advance than discovered at the Spanish end.
