This policy explains what personal data UK to Spain Removals collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. Plain English, no filler — because the most important thing on this page is the bit about sharing your details with removal companies, and you should be able to find it.
Who we are
UK to Spain Removals (registered address: 55 Stephenson House, Bath Terrace, Elephant and Castle, London SE1 6PR) operates the website uktospainremovals.co.uk. We are the “data controller” for the personal data described here.

Who we share it with — read this bit
UK to Spain Removals is an enquiry and introduction service — removals are carried out by independent removal companies.
That means when you send an enquiry, we pass your details to one or more independent removal companies so they can quote for your move. Typically that’s your name, contact details, the route, and what you’re moving. Those companies are separate businesses and become responsible for your data under their own privacy policies once we pass it on. If you’d like to know which company received your enquiry, ask us and we’ll tell you.
We also use these service providers to run the site and our email:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security
- Resend — sends the enquiry from the website to our inbox
- Zoho Mail — our email mailbox
Our website and email providers store data in the UK, the EU or other countries with appropriate safeguards in place.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for two years from your last contact with us, then deleted. If your move goes ahead, we may keep basic records longer where we need them for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that’s wrong
- delete your data (“right to erasure”)
- restrict or object to how we use it
- provide your data in a portable format
Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within one month. There’s no charge.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113). We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
