When we reply
Enquiries sent during the working day are normally answered the same day; evenings and weekends, the next working day. Quotes needing a survey take a little longer, because getting the volume right is what stops the price changing later.
What to include
Save yourself a round of questions:
- Where you’re moving from and to (town and postcode / town and region)
- Roughly what’s moving — rooms, or big items plus a box count
- When, and whether the dates are flexible
- Access at both ends — floor, lift, stairs, parking, narrow streets
